Birdie A is an indoor golf simulator facility that provides engaging golf experiences for both serious golfers and families. Our facility is dedicated to offering a top-notch golfing experience using state-of-the-art simulators.
We are seeking a part-time Golf Experience Associate who will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of our clients' experiences. This role involves interacting with customers during their bay rental periods, answering any questions about our business, simulators, and available offerings. The Golf Experience Associate will also serve as the crucial link between the bar and the members using the simulator bays.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Operate the golf simulators and have knowledge of the related equipment.
- Assist in organizing the golf simulator bays, including cleaning and preparing them for the next clients.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Focus on being client-oriented, ensuring all customer needs are met.
- Manage the overall guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Qualifications and Skills:
- While knowledge of golf and relevant golf certifications are a plus, they are not a requirement for this position.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time.
Job Type:
This is a non-exempt,
part-time position.
Pay:
Candidates with relevant golf experience may be considered for a higher pay rate.
